How Do We Work?

01. Needs assessment

We’ll find out about your ideas, the purpose of the property and your budget. Whether it’s for your own use or as an investment, we tailor every project to your specific needs.

02. Design and quotation

We’ll draw up the interior design concept, select the right furniture and accessories, and then prepare a detailed quote. That way, you’ll know exactly what to expect.

03. Procurement and implementation

We take care of procurement, delivery, assembly and all the necessary coordination. You don’t need to find specialist contractors or be present on site.

04. Handover

Everything is in place, right down to the last decorative touch. The property is ready for you to move into or let out, so you can enjoy it or make the most of it from day one.
